This review pains me. Have been coming to BB in West Ashley since the opening, and it has been good always. However, the boost in popularity has brought a sacrifice in quality. Stores are flooded with people both dine in and to go and it gets crowded quick. Service is overwhelmed with tickets piling up and attention to detail is lost. All of which were great prior to the growth in business. Employees don’t communicate well and there is a lot of rushing around chaocticly. I get the restaurant business is fast paced but there’s a difference between fast pace and rushing around to keep up. The people just seem like a deer in headlights a lot of times. Staffing needs to be better to accommodate the amount of business being handled. Outside of that the food quality remains high. Would avoid going at peak breakfast times however. Or get to go and give adequate time before arriving for your order.

Biscuit Bros is a fun, vibrant, and social new breakfast and lunch restaurant in West Ashley. Located just minutes from 1-26 and James Island on Sam Rittenburg Rd/Orange Grove Dr, it's a great place to grab breakfast and lunch. The menu is unique and priced affordability. The biscuits are made with buttermilk are melt in your mouth. The variety of biscuits range from traditional sausage, egg & cheese to a Philly cheese steak style with a hash brown in the mix. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful with suggestions. You have seating available both inside and cafe style outside. Its a homerun every time you go! I went last week, heading there tomorrow! Oh, get the cinnamon roll, you will thank me later.

I came here for the first time and it was hands down the best food ever. My go to breakfast is always a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and the one I had here topped them all. My only complaint is that I live 2 hours away.

Have been curious about this place. Neighbors have shared it's pretty good but very overpriced for what it is. I have to agree, this is way overpriced. Bojangles has better quality biscuits but more of a fast food vibe. This food is undeniably fast food, it's good but not at all worth the price. $10 for just a biscuit is pretty crazy. Unfortunately we won't be back at these prices.

The food was so delicious and piping hot! The staff was so friendly. They helped us make a decision as this was our first time. I had the steak burrito, and it was fantastic! Definitely recommend this place!!

We visited today based on all the great reviews, but it was a miss for us. We got two ham biscuits, a cold brew, and regular coffee. The biscuits were too salty but we appreciated that they weren’t sweet like some other places. Portions were also pretty good. I would skip the coffee here if you go. It tasted like a cigarette and they’re charging hip coffee shop prices.

Let me say that the biscuits we tried we some of the best we’d ever had. The price caught me a little off guard(9.99 and 10.99) per biscuit but in the end, it was totally worth it. You get what you pay for! We had the country fried steak and gravy with egg and BEC with a hashbrown. Soooo good!

The greeting was not there. Cashier didn’t speak until i did. Did not give any recommendations. I had the biscuit and gravy. Biscuit was hard and not good at all. Eggs were fresh. Inside was nice. Probably won’t return

The overall menu offers a lot of variations for breakfast. Ordered the SEC biscuit - it was decent. The biscuit is clearly the star of the show. Lack of an aioli or sauce (other than ketchup) on the menu is a missed opportunity.
