Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Everything from the seasonal salad to the Wagyu Steak and than the delicious homemade desserts.

Burwells is our favorite restaurant in Charleston. The hot stone filet and wagyu combo provides such a unique dining experience. I love the atmosphere and vibe, perfect for date nights. It is a hidden gem for sure.

A wonderful spot to spend Thanksgiving or just a special dinner. Outstanding service and the best steak I have ever enjoyed. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the food and ambience at Burwell's very much. The Osso Buco with risotto, the Wagyu steak, and the She Crab soup were all delicious. They also have a good selection of wines. For Thanksgiving dinner, they offered a prefixed menu with turkey too, along with some regular menu options.

The food is amazing every time I come here. Honestly the best steak house in Charleston. Kathy is by far the best server as well. Always a great time at Burwell's

Great steak! My wife and I had a med-rare filet, and it was delicious. The filet came with three different choices of presentations. The service was excellent, and the Owner stopped by to introduce himself and to ensure everything was what we expected. We will return to Burrells on our next visit to Charleston.

The atmosphere, food and service were all exceptional! The sea salt hot stone appetizer was delicious! The ribeye was perfect and the mashed potatoes were perfect!

Great experience. I am on vacation and a local gave me the heads up on this place. We made it for the Happy Hour specials. Fantastic value. The popcorn shrimp were huge. The service was top notch.

Excellent customer service, we got the deviled eggs for an appetizer, which are absolutely amazing. We also did the filet mignon, which were delicious. one of our favorite restaurants in Charleston and definitely cannot wait to go back.

We had heard good things about Burwell's for quite some time and we were finally able to check it out last night! The food was really great, we especially loved the hot lava rock appetizer with the fillet and Wagyu combo!

A wonderful dinner. Service with Sam was A plus - polite, friendly, available all the time, sense of humor, gave great suggestions! We ordered the 8oz filet and it was the best steak we have ever had. Seasoned well, temperature done as we requested - never had a steak on a wood grill —Fantastc!! John the owner was a delight as well. Don't miss an opportunity to have a great meal.
