I am addicted to Alexis’s carrot cake! My son loves her red velvet but I am very pleased every time I order from her. Her cakes are moist and never overpowering nor icing too sugary. Her designs are adorable. Her talent is amazing. I would definitely recommend her! My only complaint is she’s closed on Monday and Tuesdays and left to me I’d be in her shop eating sweet treats everyday! I absolutely adore her personality which makes it even better! I say overall fabulous experience each and every time! IM NEVER DISAPPOINTED!!

Cake Bar is fabulous!!! We stopped by and Sunday and got some cake pops and some banana pudding. The cake pops didn’t make it out of the parking lot- they were SOOOOO GOOD! Will definitely be back for more. ❤️❤️❤️???

Ok so this was my first time using her and I was definitely scared it was for my daughters sweet 16th birthday party we was working with limited time cause the plan had completely changed last minute so not only did she do it’s within days of ordering the cake but also made the exact cake I want wanted she was absolutely amazing the whole party loved the cake it was so fresh and amazing and the cake so so freaking beautiful and I know it’s been a few weeks since I was able to leave this review but I really appreciate your hard work and you will definitely get my business in the future thanks so much for all your help and last minute order

We ordered a birthday cake from them, agreed on all the details in advance. I paid for the cake in full. On the specified day and time, we arrive to pick up our cake, but we are told "sorry, but it is not there, we forgot about it." My reaction was extremely terrible, there was 1 hour left before the celebration, and they just say "sorry". How so, I cannot find the words of my indignation. The manager is not a pleasant person at all. I do not recommend this institution to anyone. It's a pity that you can't give 0.I will add to what I said above‼️Are you not ashamed to cheat now? I will attach a photo as proof of our agreement on the time and date. I am very sorry that I had this experience with you. You really disappointed me. My level of English was good enough to understand that you forgot my order and my husband speaks good English, he didn't communicate with you in English? I was just furious, you endangered my child's holiday.
Saw this place driving back from the beach and happy we stopped in. Our daughter loved the look, and everyone loved how what we ordered tasted. Will definitely stop by every time we are in Charleston.
This is such a cute little shop! The woman there was very friendly, and my only regret was that I couldn't try everything - it all looked incredible! The inside of the shop was super welcoming and beautifully decorated - it had stellar vibes, and it was obvious that someone took a lot of care in making the shop as lovely as possible.

Today is my husband's birthday. Instead of the traditional birthday cake we decided to celebrate with each of us getting a large cupcake. He chose the red velvet and I chose the strawberry.My husband could not stop talking about how good his cupcake was, while I was telling him mine was better! The cake is very flavorful and the icing is phenomenal!We will definitely visit again.
