First time dropping by this location. Very much more of a neighborhood spot/hub for medicial students than the location downtown, customers and staff very familiar with one another. Line was pouring out of the restaurant, but we made it to the counter and left with our food in the span of 15-20 minutes. Employees at the register, and behind the bar very knowledgeable about items and answered all allergy questions! . Definitely going back to try more next time we are in the area

I've had to come to Charleston to the hospital a few times and the name caught my attention so this previous time my MIL and I stopped in and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly even though they were busy. The place is super cute. And I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious the food was. I had the Fiesty Feather and I would highly recommend.

From service, to food, to cleanliness- this cafe checks all the boxes. Staff knows the customers by name, overall air of familiarity and warmth. Not what I was expecting by the hospital.
It was incredibly easy to become a regular here! Staff is always extremely friendly and quick, and menu items are consistently delicious. I definitely prefer this location to the one downtown if you have the option!
Make us feel like home for holidays!
While my husband was in the hospital, I discovered this gem! The employees create an atmosphere that is so positive and sincere! I looked forward to my little breaks from the hospital, enjoying their amazing food, coffee and smoothies!
Thanks to Gen Manager Civitello I purchased a product which was not what I wanted and not what Civitello represented I would be getting. Of course, the one I got was more expensive by 65%. Civitello explained how his multiple mistakes and lack of awareness about products sold and what was featured in his stores website resulted in the mixup and overcharge. He asked if there was anything he could do to which I suggested a refund for the difference seemed appropriate. He refused stating that the CB system does not allow partial refunds. Takes a greedy bunch of nerve to come up with a weak excuse like that! But policy is policy so expect no satisfaction when your food choice is substandard / bad. Seems courses in competent management and customer service are in order.

Stopped in for a bite to eat late morning. I had walked by earlier in the morning. I was overwhelmed. The people were friendly, my food was served piping hot and was fantastic. I had the breakfast burrito without protein and it filled me up for the day. May have to stop by tomorrow on our way out of town.

Ryan Bishop and Kevin Gao have both been incredibly helpful with my difficult special orders! Love their service and the food.
It's good....a little pricey.
We saw no caviar nor bananas, but instead, a wonderful sandwich and bakery shop. Food was delicious and generous. Service was cheerful and friendly. Seating is limited, and the line can long, but it moves fast and the food is worth it.
