Great spot by the hospital for quick food to go (pasta, salads, etc), smoothies, Sammy’s or coffee. A few vegetarian options, mostly salads. Very nice staff.

I LOVE C&B! The ease of ordering (often times at this last minute) makes me a serial repeat customer of C&B. They are also great at accommodating dietary requirements. I highly recommend working with them on your catering needs, or just stop by anytime for lunch! Always fresh and delicious!

Food was supposed to be ready at 1:17. I asked around 121 for an update. The lady went over to talk to The guys and didn’t come back with an update even though I was waiting at the counter and she was right there. Then around 123. I just told him to cancel the order cause I had to get back to the office by 1:30.

Great experience at Caviar & Bananas on Ashley Street! CJ and Elizabeth were fantastic — incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. They made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Excellent service like this keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

Genuinely one of the best places I have ever gone to get coffee/food in a really long time. I'm there 1-3 times a week, and everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Food and drinks are almost always ready within 5 minutes, even if the building is busy and crammed. Elizabeth and CJ are almost always the ones taking my drink order, and they have been nothing but incredibly kind, hardworking, and quick when it comes to my order. As well, although it's the same menu, this location (compared to the George St one) is far superior. I will always choose to get Caviar and Bananas when I'm downtown because of them <3

Quality drop since Kevin left. Frequent missing items for take out orders. Customer service and relationship with customers is gone.

44.00 for a roast beef sandwich a turkey sandwich coke and bottled water then had to wait 30 minutes for it because staff is clueless

Deli style sandwich shop with nice seating area in a courtyard, on a balcony overlooking the street and inside above the store. Convenient location right across the street from the Medical Center.

Not as big as the downtown location. More an in and out café. Get there early, baked goods sell out pretty quick. Barren when I went there. Line can be lengthy pending time you go there.

First time dropping by this location. Very much more of a neighborhood spot/hub for medicial students than the location downtown, customers and staff very familiar with one another. Line was pouring out of the restaurant, but we made it to the counter and left with our food in the span of 15-20 minutes. Employees at the register, and behind the bar very knowledgeable about items and answered all allergy questions! . Definitely going back to try more next time we are in the area

I've had to come to Charleston to the hospital a few times and the name caught my attention so this previous time my MIL and I stopped in and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly even though they were busy. The place is super cute. And I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious the food was. I had the Fiesty Feather and I would highly recommend.

From service, to food, to cleanliness- this cafe checks all the boxes. Staff knows the customers by name, overall air of familiarity and warmth. Not what I was expecting by the hospital.
