Love it! So good and fresh

Trying to charge extra to put an item, like ranch that comes with the sandwich, on the side is a ridiculous policy and no one should tolerate that kind of business.

I used to love this place at my local mall in Pennsylvania. Haven't had it in years, and was shocked to find out it hasn't changed. Bread, meat, cheese, and fries were all on point and tasted just like I remembered. Love it!

If I could rate the place 0/5 i would. The girl who took my order was barely speaking above a whisper and had me leaning across the counter to hear her. When I accidentally gave her the wrong card she rudely announced “declined” (mind you this is the loudest shes spoken to me this whole time) and didnt bother to let me know drinks were given when you place your order. The fries were gross and my sandwhich had so little meat i had to go looking to make sure it waa there. This is only my second or third time eating here but i wont be returning.

I am from Ga and I always look forward to eating a delicious Philly Steak and Cheese. They are always so pleasant!

Constant mistakes when ordering from Uber eats here. They forgot my ENTIRE sandwich and my bottle of water this time, and didn't bother with the added jalapeños I asked for on my fries. Thank god they managed to not screw up lemonade; it's the only thing they get right consistently. Not happy to be paying $25 for fries and a lemonade.

OMG! The Bacon 3 Cheesesteak was sooo good, fresh all the veggies. If I can give 10 ? I will. And also the ultimate fries and the Old School Phillycheesesteak.

Sent my friend to buy my food for me and they swiped my card and said that they didn’t receive the payment when the notification on my phone and the register literally says it took my money so my friend just paid in cash and gave me back my card. He said that the guy was pretty rude about it and I keep calling trying to get my money back but no answer. I tried to dispute the transaction on my card and they said I have to speak with the merchant. Because the food was ok I may let it slide but the customer service is terrible.

Today for the first time we went to this store and the chicken and steak Philly cheesesteaks were very bland while the teriyaki chicken was very salty. We were charged $.20 extra for over five items and when we asked for how long it would take for orders to be made we were ignored by the employee in front of us and English so we asked her in Spanish and she proceeded to ask another employee some thing, and then ignore us

The items we got charge for weren't identified on the receipt and we did not receive them

For almost $65 worth of food the atmosphere and the taste just weren't worth it. It's better off going to Subway fire house subs or Jersey Mike's to at least get your bang for your buck.

Great food came all the way from greenville. When we come to Charleston we always stop there to get lunch.

Omg, I have the Chicken Philly and it was so delicious, I had that with their Fries. This was my favorite place to get Phillies. when I was in NY, I'm glad they're down south.
