The food here was amazing. Went with about 8 of my friends from Miami while visiting for a union conference. We put our name on the list and waited for 35 to 40 minutes to be seated. While we waited we went next door to have a cocktail. I must say the food was Well Worth the wait. I will most definitely go back if I ever return.
One of the best seafood restaurants I. Charleston or anywhere. We go to Charleston twice a year and we stop by Chubby fish every time. There is enough variety in the menu that there is always something new and the seafood is just that fresh and spectacular. We’re big oyster fans and they have some of the best. Whether you go for the crudo or ceviche you can’t go wrong. We pair a starter and salad with a dozen oysters and whatever whole fish they have for the eve for a family...
The best food I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in Charleston since 2013, and this is my first time here. Tuna crudo, caviar sandwiches, blue crab tagliatelle, black grouper, garlic chili shrimp, not chicken ice cream. All so amazing. Highly recommend. Service was amazing too!
