10/10 experience at Doar Bros! Trinity was genuinely one of the best bartenders we’ve ever had.
Rick ordered cocktails from the menu, while I basically gave Trinity free rein to make mine straight from her brain—and every single one was incredible. 😂 She made multiple cocktails for us throughout the night, and somehow each one was better than the last. She was creative, knowledgeable, personable, and clearly knows her craft.

Their craft cocktails are exquisite with a mix of numerous flavors that blend together in unique ways. They are incredibly creative and the presentation and atmosphere is fantastic. The service was also exceptional. We tried 4 different cocktails and need to go back for more ! It was early so we only had the gourmet popcorn and charcuterie board for appetizers and they were very well presented and yummy ! Will be back everytime we’re in Charleston.
Phenomenal craft cocktail game. Not to be missed.

Doar Bros. is a restaurant with an amazing ambiance and unique cocktails. The service is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating, making it a great spot for special occasions. The cheese plate and popcorn are must-tries. The cocktail scene is vibrant, with well-crafted and balanced drinks that make it a must-visit. Doar Bros. is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a great dining experience in Charleston. It's a small and intimate cocktail bar, so expect a bit of a wait during peak times, but it is worth it. The cocktails are extremely well crafted, with unique spins on classics. The Warm Burrow had a delicious spice and freshness, and Bourbon & Clyde was like a dessert with a pistachio topping. Bartenders are fun and knowledgeable. The quality and time the owners put into the cocktails here are hands down impressive. Highly recommend trying the Bourbon & Clyde and Doar Bros. Manhattan. The Brown Butter Popcorn is the best popcorn you'll ever have.
