Spent several late afternoons/early evenings at Doar Bros. last week and had a great time! Jake and Stephen are artists in creating phenomenal craft cocktails! WOW! Hospitality is celebrated with a lot of love and skill. The cocktails are exceptional, original and VERY GOOD! We also ordered mortadella. What can I say...? AMAZING!! Not even here, in Europe, in Italians, there is such good mortadella. Plus fresh baguette... what an evening! The service was very nice and very attentive.
It's a shame that the bar is in Charleston and we live in Europe... but maybe it's a good thing, I'd probably be there every day!...

I was expecting a better drink. Also ordered a "You Bring the Flower, I'll Bring the Bee" cocktail was also mediocre and not worth the price. For two drinks, the total was nearly $50, which felt excessive.
