I shop at all the Dunkin locations around Charleston. This one is by far the best. The customer service is excellent! If I can't figure out my app I get assistance and no grief for asking for less ice. I stopped going to Savannah Hwy. Thank you for kindness and knowing your policy's.
I'm not much of a doughnut type of person anymore, but there’s other options for breakfast. The is adequate and will do if you haven't any other options. The matcha hot tea is great. The is usually quick and friendly.
If you’ve been to one Dunkin Donuts your seen them all.Basically this airport location is a smaller version of the usual stores.Staff was good but I’m not used to asking for sweetener when I order and them handing me the coffee with the sweetener on the lid for self service.Also, they do not participate in the Dunkin Donut reward program nor to they accept the Dunkin Donut app.The staff member said “it’s because of the airport” but I wasn’t convinced.All in all a...
