I feel like Chick-Fil-A never misses, not much to be said... friendky staff, clean environment, good food for a reasonable price.
Politeness goes out the door for them while trying to speed people through. Only 1 person was even behind me though…
Then when asking for the forgotten ketchup I was ignored until I asked a second time a little while later and got my head cut off saying they had to hand out orders first, even though she crossed over the ketchup each time she grabbed a new order. When all she had to do was acknowledge me in the first place.

Having a Chick-fil-A inside Charleston International Airport is a welcome convenience, especially when you're facing a long travel day. My wife and I stopped here before our flight, and it was exactly what we needed. The food was fresh, hot, and consistently good,just what we've come to expect from Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-A offers a generally good quality experience, though sometimes sandwiches and fries may appear and taste like they were held too long. Service can be inconsistent, with one instance of a cashier being unable to offer a Sunjoy due to lemonade being out. While well-staffed, airport locations like this one can have higher prices and may not accept app rewards, but it remains a solid experience overall.
