This was my second time going to this restaurant. The food was excellent. The building is very outdated and could definitely use some upgrading however, I suppose that might be part of its charm.
This place has awesome food. I highly recommend. I personally had the bacon stuffed wrapped shrimp, fried oysters, grilled potatoes and hush puppies. Others in my group had fried shrimp, grilled shrimp and pork bbq and all had great rebiews as well. All were amazing. Thank you Chuck and staff for being so awesome. Enjoyed your hospitality :)
Move over Wreck of the Richard and Charlene, Bowens Island, we have a new winner (in my opinion) for best local, non tourists bullshit seafood in Charleston. How could it not be good when the building is surrounded by Tabby walls. Great fried seafood and friendly service, just give it a shot.
