“We had fish and onion rings. I had a full fish portion and wife had half portion. The onion ring were awesome and plentiful. The fish was flaky with a good crust. Tartar sauce was ok, nothing special.They had a fair selection of beer, but I expected a wider selection of local breweries (they did have a few, just not many.)The waitress rook a while to take our orders but was attentive after that.Price was reasonable for portions received.Overall, a place worth visiting if you are close but not worth an out of the way trip to eat there.“

“I enjoyed the fish and chips, but I’ll definitely stick to the half option next time. The restaurant was semi full and my order came about 15+ minutes after I gave it. The environment was not what I would bring my family to sit and eat in, maybe the outside seating. Inside is more of a fellas vibe.“
“This was my first visit to southern US, and I had always wanted to try a po' boy sandwich. Oh my!! The shrimp po' boy at Coleman Public House was the best sandwich I have ever had in my life. I think I would fly back to Charleston just to have another one. The bun is slightly toasted for just a tiny bit of crunch. The portion of shrimp is generous, and so crispy and golden. And the crowning part is the delicious spicy sauce that is simply amazing. Try it - you will not be disappointed!!“
“Absolutely fantastic price for the quality of food I got. Everything was freshly made, and you could tell the quality of food was amazing. Similarly, the quantity of food was spectacular for the price of everything purchased. I have never been awed by a restaurant that has “cheap” food until I stepped foot into here. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone. Selection for all tastes, and I promise you won’t be disappointed with the food you get. 10 stars if I could!“
