Friends of mine took me here for breakfast this morning and it was outstanding. Any reviewers who suggest Krispy Kreme as an alternative clearly have Krispy Kreme taste. Everything from this food truck is homemade and executed with attention to detail and great balance. Any mention of a wait from others makes sense, given that this is not a fast food restaurant and one person is making everything from scratch. Love supporting this small woman-owned business any time I’m in the area. I love the benne seed bagel, especially, and always get a treat for the road like a pop tart or gougère. Everything is flavorful and the bagels are so fresh I have trouble branching out but will try the breakfast burrito next time!
