Their food is not the best but definitely priced right for what it is. Service is excellent.

VERY POOR SERVICE!! FOOD WASN'T THAT GREAT!! 1Star is the least that I can give,. I'd rather a 0 though! When I visited in the past, the service was good and must've been under a different management. The old tired looking waitress had a discriminatory demeanor and didn't seem too friendly !! I think she served us because "It Was Her Job"! DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN...NOT EVEN FOR A DRINK!!!!‼️‼️.*****I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS RESTAURANT, GO ELSEWHERE!!! *****Word of advise to the staff.." A Smile Goes A Long Way"!! ?

Our waitress was trying to make the best of a bad situation. The food was really bad. Biscuits burned, gravy tasteless. The country fried steak was like eating cardboard. Hashbrowns not cooked. And what made it even worse was that our waitress had to play referee between the cook and another waitress...ridiculous

My kids food was fine Pancake off the kids menu. Didn't offer me sauce or even put the sauce on the meal like it was supposed. Glad they didn't any cause there where lashes in it. So gross.

Restaurant nasty, dishes all over tables and counter at 8am, staff outside smoking. food so so had to have food recooked and still was unhappy. The health dept needs to come in and change the grade on the door to an F very disappointing. Will never come back and spend my time or money. Staff seemed nice considering the circumstances.

I thought huddle was supposed to be open all the time they close at 930pm. No thanks ill go to a normal restaurant at that time. Huddle is best at 3am

There is a staffing problem. They don't have enough employees and it is burning out the ones who come to work. Food still taste good.
Came in a stood there for over 15 mins 4 empty tables and they would not clean a single one off.Not short staffed there was 6 employees in there and 3 was standing around talking to each other.

Did not frequent the restaurant during this time but I have in the past and I thoroughly enjoy it I would recommend it to anybody and everybody good food good conversation good people working there

Literally the worst breakfast place ever. Waited years till the management changed because it was horrific, and still is. Again we tried to go in, five dirty tables. When insisted that we sit at a dirty one (can you say unhygienic) , we did. For the second visit, the middle aged lady with the short dark greasy hair refused to serve us- I guess she doesn’t like our look? She literally walked towards our table to clean it, saw me, and went to every other table in the place. Way to discriminate against people, I must say you are very consistent with that. Y’all, NEVER go here. Unsatisfactory, unsanitary, and if you do get served, not up to huddle house standards. Please come check on your store, corporate.

My family and I ordered from Huddle House at 933 Folly Road James Island SC on March 25, 2021. We had DoorDash deliver it to us. We got our order at the time the driver said with NO problems whatsoever!! However when we started taking our order out of the bag we noticed there was several items missing!! We didn’t have the grits or salad and the toast was burnt!! Worst service from Huddle House we ever received!!
