If you are going to be closed for renovations please let your customers know on Yelp, Google, and definitely your website. We walked 25 minutes to go here bc my daughter wanted to try their boba ice cream. We walked all the way from the visitor center in the hot heat to get here only to find out it was closed for renovations. I got on their website to see if they had moved or we got the directions wrong. Nothing!! We found another Boba Milk tea place but it wasn't the same when you were excited for something else. It is very important for businesses to maintain constant communication with their customers about when they are going to be open and closed especially in a tourist town like Charleston. We go to Charleston several times a year and so we will give this place a second chance but it better do better with communication.

Authentic boba, they take covid precautions seriously! I was slightly bummed the drinks were not sealed like at other Boba places I have been to. It was delicious! Especiallythe taro flavor
The BING 冰 lettering giving off a vaguely retro vibe The unoriginal combination of match and coffee only served to stoke greater demand. Black tea could have more stringency to it lastly.

Best boba in Charleston! Out of all the times I’ve come here, service and food/drinks have been a solid 10/10 every time. The boba is always the perfect texture and the sweetness of their boba pairs well with their milk tea (which is not too sweet but perfect for my taste). Always dreaming about their ice bing shaved ice lol

We stopped here after dinner to get boba drinks. They had many options and we settled on the Nai Gai Strawberry milk and Tarro latte with boba. They were both delicious! We will definitely be stopping here for more treats. No indoor seating at the moment due to Covid but that was no bother for us.

The service here is amazing!! I hardly have to wait any time for my drink, they're friendly, and everything they have is amazing. Their tapioca pearls are perfect and their cold brew is phenomenal. The taro tea is a MUST TRY!! Stop by ice bing and get yourself a lovely refreshment

i love this place so much! if you don't like sweet drinks so much, like me, i would recommend getting the coffee crunch thai with boba, or the brown sugar milk tea with boba. those are the ones i've gotten so far and i've immediately fallen in love with both (lol). every time i come here i leave with a smile. excellent service too. i love the sweet man that serves me whenever we come here. overall great place. no complaints whatsoever.
