10/10 experience. Amazing time last night with Chef Bob! Start to finish just a great time. Greeted with a glass of bubbly. Chef Bob takes you through a 3 course meal, with wine pairings. He breaks down how simple it can be to make amazing food. Knife skills, prep work, cooking technique. He also is a master story teller and keeps everyone engaged. on a personal level.
This is our second class. We loved every class so much. Bob is just fantastic! The setting is amazing, his teaching is gentle, not pushy. The food is amazing, the wine is fabulous, and it is truly a marvelous evening. Would recommend this to anyone for a special night out!
Our experience with Chef Bob was incredible. His class was informative and fun and he had a great sense of humor. Our courses were Shrimp, Lamb, and a Pear Tart-all of which were delicious. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly, and tried 3 other wines during the night. The venue was impressive and well suited for hosting. We hope to return again and try something new!
