We adored this place! We accidentally found the downtown Charleston location during our stay there at a close AirBNB! We visited 3 times in our 2.5 days there. Then, we passed by the John’s Island location on our way to Kiawah and decided to make the 25 min drive the next morning for our coffee and pop tart fix! Great coffee, service, pastries, toasts and local drink and food finds!
Love this place! The food is delicious, the coffee is great and made with care and the selection of local and other small business wares is unbeatable.
The staff is also great.
Highly recommend!
Island Provisions is such a great spot! Green Tea and Coffee so delicious! Also, they really know how to show love by the amount of cream cheese they give with bagels!

Island Provisions - Downtown Charleston is a charming spot with outdoor seating, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or bite to eat. Their menu boasts delicious staples like the "Boss" breakfast bagel stuffed with a fluffy omelet, breakfast meat, and hot honey, as well as the somewhat healthy sandwich on an everything bagel, which has been praised as some of the best breakfast ever. Customers also enjoy the flavorful Wake Up Call smoothie and the iced americano with brown sugar syrup. The cafe offers a variety of premade salads and sandwiches, like the goat cheese and turkey sandwich, along with a daily special that's always a hit. With a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, it's a great spot to grab a coffee, meal, or snack, or even get some work done on a laptop. Don't miss their amazing pop tarts, delicious lattes with homemade syrups, and be sure to try their cold brew coffee. The small but intentional market includes baked goods, pre-made foods, and even a selection of alcohol and THC-infused items. Limited parking and indoor seating are noted, especially on weekends when tourists visit, but many agree that this is a beloved Charleston coffee spot worth returning to.
