Friends let me tell you about this experience!!! It was good. This is off the beaten path but is an absolute must! Our appetizer was muscles and fries in coconut and lime broth, as well as sriracha and cornichon ketchup. The flavors were so nice and danced on the tongue.Next up I had the bourride and it didn’t disappoint. Dam! Bistronomy is an enthralling experience. The food is flawless, the service some of the best in Charleston, the drinks are on point and the vibe is hopping. We came here for a belated Valentine's Day celebration and the experience did not disappoint!
