I just ordered from this location (12-6-23 at around 2:25pm) for the first time ever, and I was so taken aback with regard to how friendly and jovial the staff members were! Ashley, Clayton, and Jendaya helped me with my order, and they were all just so nice and fun to be around. Even though my wait wasn’t long at all, mind you, they were dealing with several orders, I found myself leaving there in a better mood because of those ladies! It’s not often you go into a a sub joint and find yourself surrounded by infectious, wonderful personalities. I sure hope that this review is read by management bc these three ladies deserve some much-deserved attention! Thank you, ladies, for making my day!

Game day! Picking up some Jersey Mike's subs for the crew. We ordered the original Italian Sub. The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh as they build your sub. This makes Jersey Mike's subs taste so much better than other sandwich places. I got my sandwich "Mike's Way". This includes all the fixings and Mike's delicious red pepper relish...so good!!! The bread is always fresh baked and delicious. You can eat inside or outside. Plenty of room. I got this order "To Go" using Mike's convenient App. You earn rewards for every purchase and get free food, discounts and a free sub on your birthday! How awesome is that. The staff are so friendly and really enjoy preparing your food. The food comes up fast and my order is always made right and the way I like it. Jersey Mike's is like a trusted friend. They consistently provide superior quality food every time. Stop.by Jersey Mike's. You won't be disappointed!
I just got half a sub, which I found to be very mediocre and over priced. Ingredients were subpar.But the main issue was the person in charge, I believe him to be the manager. He was SO rude to his staff. Extremely condescending to the (obviously) new guy. I felt very sorry and embarrassed for the kid. I get the need to train the staff, but not to humiliate them. Passive aggressiveness is not the way to create a good atmosphere.In all fairness, it was my first time in the shop, so perhaps all the sandwiches are so.. meh? That is fine, I don’t have to go go back ever, specially if I have to stand there, witnessing a young working man being put down.

I was sadly underwhelmed by the Islands newest JM's. The Tuna Sub was good with a fresh flavor, but, the Super Sub was Subpar in our opinion. It lacked distinct flavors, the seasoning was slight, and the bread was noticeably not fresh. . The other selections have been good, so perhaps it was a one-off and I will give the Super Sub another try.
