All 3 employees were less than thrilled to be there. Cold greeting and couldn't understand them for the mumbling. At least the food tasted decent.

Customer service is non existent at this jersey mikes. workers stood there staring at us while waiting for us to order our subs, no “hello” “what can i get for you” or “welcome in” and then obviously miserable and mad that they have to do their job and make a few sandwiches. Had to remind them multiple times to put bacon on a sandwich that automatically comes with bacon. Also had asked for the giant size for the sandwich and they made it the regular size and then got annoyed whenever they had to make another half - giving dirty looks, sighing, etc.
If you want jersey mikes you might as well just make the drive to another location. 0/10

Friendly, the young lady knows exactly what she doing always made sure I was satisfied.

I walked in at lunch rush. The lady who was running the team had two brand new team members on staff, with a huge line forming very quickly. She was ver apologetic and explained that someone had just walked out on her and the other two teammates were brand new. She had the best attitude even though she was overwhelmed, and she was very communicative about the situation with everyone who came in or called. I know those situations are tough and she handled it amazingly.

My cheese steak was overdone and they never added the extra cheese. I'm chalking it up to it being a recently opened location. Hopefully it gets up to speed soon.
