Delicious meal & friendly staff
Loved the Brussels sprouts, pear salad, chicken gumbo was very tasty, husband loved the shrimp & grits and the chocolate peanut butter pie drizzled with local honey was divine.
What a hidden jewel! Don't need to dress up as the name may suggest. This is where the locals go. My wife and I and our extended family tried a wide variety of dishes. Quail, catfish, Shrimp & Grits, Trout, Fried green tomatoes and the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich. All were excellent but the Stand out for me was the Shrimp & Grits, best I have ever had. Prices were good service was excellent. I would highly recomend if you are in the area, it is worth a drive.
