This Jimmy John's location has been extremely consistent with its product. I personally love Jimmy John's and appreciate the pride in product that I find at this location as well as the location in Beaufort. I make a point to stop here for lunch when I am in the area. Likewise for the Beaufort location. It is clear the owner of both locations cares about the product and customer experience. Would recommend if you are a Jimmy John's noob or loyal.

Horrible service. The girl in the drive through window with a lip ring was very unprofessional and rude. Continued to say we didn’t order what we clearly ordered at the window and then she had a horrible attitude and rolled her eyes and was giving us horrible looks the entire time. Please hire better people that actually have customer service skills and not stank attitudes! Thank you.

Their motto is fraky fast...and is it ever. I usually go thru the drive thru. I'm not a fan of inside...the music is too loud and tinny and usually not my kind of music. I always get the veggie sub. The Italian sub was just ok...probably because I compare it with others I've had that were so much more flavorful. A lot has to do with dressing and theirs could use more flavor. But the veggie is outstanding so Jimmy John's is my go to fast food place.

It shouldn’t be hard for a restaurant to get an order right. But yet, somehow this jimmy John’s always puts ingredients I didn’t ask for on my sandwich and putting items I specifically asked to not be on my sandwich. Y’all need to get your stuff together. If y’all can’t handle making sandwiches then maybe get into retail, idk. But I won’t be back, mid sandwich and it’s not even made right. Just do better.

A fight broke out between employees. Yelling, insults, and threats filled the building. A gentleman sitting in the booth next to us was told their food was ready. However, it was our food. The gentleman never opened it but read the receipt. So he handed it over to us. I've never seen such a problem when going to eat..
