Desserts were just ok. Sat at the bar. Bartender was out server. Ordered 2 coffees. No spoons given. Desserts arrived. No silverware or napkins. Had to request those. Red velvet was not. very red. More ombré, lacked that true red velvet flavor of cocoa and buttermilk. Very small smattering of cream cheese frosting. Bartender seemed more involved with the younger group at the end. Chatting about how his hair was not red but his beard was.

A MUST when looking for dessert!! This place has the best cake, pie, and ice cream downtown. Our favorites here are the brownie sundae (has huge scoops of vanilla ice cream, pecans, warm brownie, and plenty of whipped cream) and red velvet cake (cream cheese frosting is incredible). The employees are very friendly, helpful when deciding what to get, and the service very fast. All of the desserts look amazing, so you can’t go wrong. Perfect place for a date, friend outing, or just to treat yourself! It can be busy in the later evenings/weekends so there may be a wait if you go during one of those times.

The coconut cheesecake was inedible. Just Horrible. It's still sitting in the container as we decide whether or not we want to return it since it was that bad. The NY cheesecake was a far cry from NY cheesecake plus there was a dollop of vanilla icing on top!?! The cake slice price of $8-9 would have almost been worth it, if the cake was exceptional even though the slices are chintzy. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Just not worth it on any level. There really needs to be a zero star rating!

Ordered a to-go berry cobbler and was given this which was scooped out of a bowl by the employees hands... super disappointing and inedible as it spilled all over the bag.

Kaminsky's was a great stop walking around the city market area and other shops. The atmosphere is very expensive feeling from like the roaring twenties. Dated building, paintings, etc. It was very cool. Service also was very good and attentive. My son had white chocolate latte, that did not make it out of the store it was so good he says. My wife had expresso martini and she also left none of it behind. They have many types of cakes, pastries, etc. Ice cream was available as well. Definitely would make this a place to try if you are visiting Charleston!

Love the location, friendly service and delicious desserts and drinks. Columbia location is my preference for size but same great menu and offerings here. Perfectly located on Market St, adjacent to restauarants and shopping.

This place is pretty small, so expect a bit of a wait. They have a good selection of cakes, milkshakes, and pies. Definitely a good spot to take a break from shopping.

A truly delightful experience. Braelyn was informative, prompt, and accommodating, the food itself was balanced and layered and overall exquisite, and I look forward to returning soon!

We walked in and were immediately welcomed by friendly staff. Although they did not have the cheesecake we wanted, the waiter made a great recommendation of a cake that would make for a great substitute. She ordered the red velvet cake which was indeed very velvety. I ordered the mountain of chocolate cake… this was different than chocolate cake I’ve had in the past. The chocolate was a mix of really sweet and a little salty. I got it a la mode which made it just that much better. It got busy right before we left and they seemed to do a good job of shuffling around to get people seated and taken care of. Overall very good experience. I would recommend and I will be coming back.Parking: Since it is located downtown on market street you will have to park in a nearby parking garage.Kid-friendliness: There was a kids portion of the menu with a variety of desert options.
