Callie's Hot Little Biscuit Reviews
Yep they have some flavor, if you can eat them. As I picked up my bacon egg and cheese the biscuit completely came apart leaving some cheese on an egg, bacon pieces and a biscuit crumble in their sandwich box. So really I barely tasted the biscuit at all until I got a spoon and scooped it out of the box. Extremely disappointing.

Callie's Hot Little Biscuit offers a taste of homemade Southern biscuits with a variety of flavors like buttermilk, blackberry jam, and cheddar that melt in your mouth. The biscuits at the Charleston Market location lived up to expectations, unlike the lukewarm biscuits and peppery sausage gravy at the farmers market kiosk. While the prices may seem high for some, the friendly staff and quick service add to the experience. The shop on Kings Street might be a better choice for those wanting a well-balanced medium roast coffee and perfectly baked biscuits. Customers praise the excellent breakfast sandwiches, the delicious biscuit with cinnamon butter, and the GF biscuits available at multiple locations. Many enjoy the cozy atmosphere and the chance to sample different biscuit styles, including savory and sweet options. Visitors also appreciate the friendly staff, especially Robert, who makes good ole TEA, saving the day when needed. The hands-on biscuit making class with Callie herself is highly recommended, creating fun memories and tasty results that guests cherish.
