I think Krispy Kreme is the best donut place. I was surprised when I went two weeks ago and asked for lemon donuts and the young lady said they don't have lemon anymore. I asked just to clarify, y'all want be selling lemon anymore and she said no. I only like the lemon, so that was disappointing. I still ordered my son his. I won't be back unless its for my son.

Can yall not ever get a delivery order right? I’ve given multiple chances now and I haven’t had a correct delivery in 3 straight tries. Deliveries always late to the dasher, even when I pre order hours ahead. Tired of paying a premium price to not get what I ordered. Didn’t even finish decorating the Xmas donuts that we did receive.

This Krispy Kreme always has an extremely long wait time, the lobby is not open so you have no choice but to go through the drive-through (which is a disgusting mess, hello DHEC??). They never have the kind of donuts you want and they don't tell you until after you pay for them and have to sub them out. Don't get their coffee either cause they'll just give you a large cup of plain black coffee even if that's not what you ordered. Always make the drive to Ladson if you want Krispy Kreme, they are by far the superior option.

This location rarely has any of the “specialty” donuts, which they advertise all over the building. Service can be relatively slow and even if you order to pick up the order is rarely filled on time.

I wish I had good things to say about this because there's one or two good employees. The place is never open. The lobby doors are always closed even though there's 9 to 10 employees in there. There's one dude in there that stands about 6'2 6'3 that has absolutely no personality. He barely looks you in the eyes he treats you like crap and he just doesn't care about life. This has to be one of the worst places, especially being in West. Ashley, it's as if it's a third world country Krispy Kreme. Go to North Charleston and you'll be treated like a king and walk into a donut shop that looks like they care about cleanliness and care about being there. Worst place ever. Wish I can give it zero Stars

Placed a pick up order at this location, when I got here to pick it up the inside was closed and I had to go through the drive thru. There were three cars in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to pick up my preordered order. Will never go to this location again. Hire more staff or work out a solution for the people that preorder so they aren’t having to sit in a line that barely moves.

Went through the drive-through to get three dozen that I had a coupon for and the guy that was in front of me couldn’t even place the order because the staff didn’t know what they were doing and when I got to my turn, I got to the window and they said they couldn’t accept the code but after about 10 minutes and going through two different people who said they were the manager, they finally ended up. I told them to type in the code and it finally worked and I was there for about 15 minutes in the drive-through and I basically had to tell them how to do their job. The food was great though.

How do you run out of glazed donuts at 4 in the afternoon? How do you have no donuts at 7am? My boyfriend went to get some for a work meeting, no donuts at all, then we went again to get donuts two months later for a family event and they have no glazed at all and not enough donuts for a assortment dozen. This also isn’t the first time I have gone and had horrible customer service. I dislike the other donut places, however, at least I know they have donuts. This KK is poorly ran and had horrible management.
