We went there yesterday evening and when we went in about 6:30 they were out of all donuts except the the original glazed. I asked if they were going to make anymore creamed filled or jelly donuts and they said no, and they close at 10pm. That is 3.5 hours with only the glazed. So we just got the glazed.They really suck, service was poor and associates acted like they didn't even care about the costumers, worst Krispy Kreme I've ever been to.

Save yourself the time and drive to the Ladson Road location. They were out of most of the assorted doughnuts. Placing an online order days in advance is a complete waste of time if I still have to wait in line for 30 minutes, just to be told that they were out of most of what I had ordered.

We have ordered from this Krispy Kreme several times and have not had any issues up until now. We ordered a dozen donuts online and we mainly ordered the ‘Fourth of July’ themed ones. It turns out they had none available except for two flavors we wanted and they just gave us six of each of the two. Some of the donuts were smushed when we got them and they did not taste fresh. Very disappointed and probably won’t be returning after ordering from this location many times before.

Literally sent my son through the drive through to get me three cinnamon donuts I could hear his conversation with the lady and she said they had no glaze no sour cream no jelly no lemon chocolate like they had a busy day but your doors stay open till 10 o’clock so what are you serving people till 10 o’clock if you have no donuts I’ve been sad a long time ago that the taste of the donuts have Have chains and I always like them because I grew up on Krispy Kreme doughnuts and I Was never a fan of Dunkin’ Donuts so it looks like I’ll be paying the price to go to duck donuts then I can get the donuts made the way I want it when I want it makes no sense
Always yummy! Only bad part is they don’t have a lot of their regular selection even when first opening up. I’ll still come back though

I ordered uber eats because my family wanted something sweet after dinner and they did not have 2 dozen glazed donuts and we wanted our money back because we do not eat anything else. From the uber driver to the workers were so rude about it & mind you we are regulars. They would not cancel our order and told me to cancel it or get “whatever they have left” this is unacceptable and you lost a customer. This was 7pm at night and this location don’t close till 11pm. The end result was no money back and no donuts!!!!
