The doughnuts taste good but this location is always out of SOO much. Everything I went for today was out. Also, be prepared for a wait.

We attempted to order through DoorDash this morning but our driver called and stated that he was told they had nothing but original glazed. The website and all food delivery apps show every flavor available for delivery. We attempted to call to confirm but no one will answer their phone. This is not the first time we’ve had to cancel orders due to lack of items on their end. Being the only location even remotely nearby, it seems they recognize lack of competition and simply don’t care to put in any effort. It’s a shame when a flavor is limited time but you can never have it when your only location doesn’t provide it.

Demetri was very rude and rushing me to order as if he had other or better things to do. I usually come here at least once a month after my appointments and don't mind the 1 1/2 hour drive. Today was the first time in 10 years that I was disappointed in the service. However, Peanut was super sweet, very attentive, and very kind. She made everything feel a lot better. 10/10 for peanut!!!!

While ordering at the drive thru, the guy was too busy yelling at other co workers, then asked 3 times for our order because he wasn't listening. Then waited a long time at window, no greeting, no conversation, no anything, simply took money and that was it. Sad state of service
We were treated well, but the young man before us spoke very little English was not. That made for a bad experience... whomever the older woman working the counter, SHOULDN'

Website said original glazed is 190 calories per donut while minis are 90 cals. I'm skeptical because that would mean the minis are half the volumetric size of the original glazed. That did not appear to be the case. these donuts i received were small but i paid $15.49 for the dozen of original glazed. quality checks need to be made.
Plenty of staff in the kitchen, 2 or 3 staff helping customers at front counter. i ordered a drink and donuts. i was the last customer in the current line in the afternoon. after a female staff finished making someone else's drink, she seemed to stand around waiting for another customer to come in. I felt like she could have either helped made my drink or assisted with preparing my box of donuts. after i ordered and paid, i waited longer, the male staff that took my order then came back to me and asked what i was waiting for. my whole order! waiting time was a lot longer than it should have been at a donut place that serves ready to eat donuts. the male staff had a good attitude, but i think he might have been feeling overwhelmed or tired.
