This is a gem in Charlotte. If you're looking for something different from the typical fare in the city, this is a good option. The standout item was the arroz caldo (photo attached).
Food was outstanding from start to finish. Dishes nailed visual, texture and taste. We sat at the chefs counter and it was fun to watch how dialed in and professional the chefs prepared the food and worked together. We were lucky enough for the Chef to bring our dishes and explain them. This is now one of my favorite Charleston spots.
Really enjoyed every part of our experience. Vibrant flavors, high quality ingredients, a cozy setting. We sat in their small garden and one of our guests had a few mosquitos land on them and when we mentioned it they brought out an organic bug spray. Just lovely.
