Very disappointed in how we were treated here... walked in about 8:30pm and noticed a few table's were occupied. After waiting a minute for someone to greet us we were asked if we had reservations. We replied no as we are not locals and we asked if it was required for seating, and she just turned around and walked to who I assume was a manager without answering us. She walked right back and replied sorry but our kitchen is closing... For an establishment that closes at 10pm how is your kitchen closed at 8:30? The vibe was awful almost felt we were turned away because we didn't fit in... I've noticed a few other reviews have listed the same problems...

In addition to excellent food, the waiters, Brandon and Nolan, were amazing. They provided fantastic service, were friendly, cordial, and always smiling. Simply stated, they provided a congenial atmosphere. The owner, Carly, came to our table introduced herself. She, too, was lovely.

My friends and I had a phenomenal time at dinner tonight. Brandon was our waiter and he was beyond fantastic!!! We had so much fun and cannot wait to come back again, hopefully to be seated with Brandon. The food was delicious as always.

I have lived in Paris, and found the food at La Bonne Franquette very reminiscent of a Parisian bistro. The service was excellent - fast and very friendly. The noise level inside is very high, so we recommend the pleasant outdoor tables - the traffic also is somewhat noisy, but it's nice to eat en plain air.
It was an absolute treat. Very intimate romantic atmosphere, and our server was knowledgeable and phenomenal in character. The food was delectable and the desserts to die for. Easy to say I will return, they've won me over.

La Bonne consistently exceeds expectations. For brunch, the french toast was made with excellent bread, cooked perfectly and served with berries that were both firm and sweet. The omelette was cooked beautifully with just the right amount of goat cheese and mushrooms. Let's talk about coffee: amazing french press cup, delicious. The service, the staff, attention to detail— always so well done. Lovely experience.
This experience was phenomenal and a true reflection of exquisite French cuisine. We enjoyed several small bite plates and two entrees. Everything.... Every single bite was perfection.
