Wow! One of the nicest places that I have ever stayed. From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle, we knew that the service here would be unmatched. Every employee that we encountered was over the top helpful and genuine. They made us feel like we were the most important guests there. The lobby is very impressive with beautiful flowers, marble floors, beautiful paintings, and of course, Southern Charm. We were greeted with bottled water and sparkling wine at check-in....

Was staying here all week, along with much of my family and friends, for my wedding and could not recommend it more. The location is perfect and the hotel is gorgeous (I saw all of the different room categories and every single one was beautiful), but really the most special part of the stay is the service. Every single member of their team is warm and helpful and so kind. They truly made my wedding week so special and I will never stay anywhere...

The staffing service at the hotel was beyond incredible! Special shout out to Jhamar, Who checked me in at midnight and had the most incredible, welcoming energy. The whole staff was great and the hotel rooms and amenities are beautiful. Great access to King Street shopping.
