Hang a grand time hanging out with Blake and Chris. Enjoyed my beer too. Would recommend!
Following extensive research and testing, eccentric Lo-Fi brewer Jason has devised a formula for truly life-changing pizza. Much like the beers he brews, his pizzas are crafted from the finest imported ingredients and made with a deep, raw passion and a borderline-unhinged attention to detail. The result is monumental.
From the first bite, the 72-hour fermented New York-style crust makes its presence known: the perfect crisp, and a tangy sourdough flavor. It is followed by an exceptionally balanced tomato sauce, acidic and savory. The cheese is Grande Mozz, and you'll immediately realize it's something truly special. And the toppings... ranging from delicious house-smoked pork, to more traditional offerings of high-quality authentic Italian pepperoni and sausage, bring the entire experience together. The experience of that first bite borders on the divine - as if you have seen the face of God himself. Each subsequent bite elicits a profound joy, a sensation unmatched except perhaps by the discovery of true love residing in one's heart.
Snack Pony's other offerings - the pulled pork sandwich and the macaroni and cheese - share a tangible sense of quality. The pulled pork is smoked in-house, yielding excellent flavor and cooked to a perfect texture. It is perfectly suited as a pizza topping or as a standalone meal. The macaroni and cheese - aptly titled Luxury Mac - embodies the Lo-Fi tagline Pure Luxury. With a texture like fine velvet and silk, and a flavor profile so deep it tastes of privilege, it truly is a luxury to experience Luxury Mac. The revolutionary blend of exotic cheeses yields a vast body of flavor combinations, one that can only be fully navigated with time and careful consideration. It rewards repeat orders, each new bite offering subtle, yet distinct, variations of taste and experience.
I personally find that Snack Pony tastes best at its place of origin, paired with a crisp and refreshing Lofi Lager drawn straight from the tap by one of the fantastic and professional bartenders. However, if you'd prefer to enjoy your food in the comfort of your own home, Doordash delivery is available.
Were there an option for a sixth star in the ratings, Snack Pony would have earned it, but I am unfortunately limited to five out of five stars. To pass on this dining experience is to pass on a chance to experience a few fleeting moments of pure spiritual elation. You've never had pizza quite like this. Yes, it's made in a brewery housed in an old towing warehouse in the industrial district -- but Snack Pony is proof that magic is real, and can be discovered in the most unlikely places.

The pizza is so delicious from the crust to the topping , doesn’t matter what style you get they are all good ! The brisket will melt in your mouth and explode with flavor . The macaroni is so cheesy and delicious (chefs kiss ). Would definitely recommend this for lunch or dinner you can’t go wrong !
When they say “Pure Luxury” they mean it! Some of the best pizza I’ve had in a while, the best/freshest ingredients, a proper NY Pie in SC. I Highly recommend!

They make a great Mexican lager but the customer service is lacking. We stopped in to watch a show for a hour or so and got there at the posted start time of 8:30 we finally left at 9:30 after paying $30 to see the band that never played. We asked for a refund and they took down my info for the owner to call me. He never did. I called back left a message and no response. They also have stopped using glass to serve their beer in......
Limited selection, but good variety and great flavors.
My wife and I were visiting Charleston for the first time this past week and found our way over to Lo-Fi brewing on Saturday night. It was a fun time and the Blueberry Wheat and the Farm Pils were great beers. It was a quiet evening at the time and we found ourselves having a blast talking to the bartender and a couple of other patrons.I wanted to thank our bartender, Britney (I think that was her name. I'm sorry if I got that wrong), and the other two people there that night (I'm sorry I also forgot their names). They were friendly, welcoming, and fun to talk to. They told us all about their beers and the brewery. Moreover, as we talked to them about our trip so far, they gave us a list of other great restaurants, bars, and activities to check out during our trip to Charleston. I can't thank them enough for chatting with us and sharing great ideas for things to do in Charleston!
It’s no surprise that while visiting this brewery, you’re going to hear some super dope Lo-fi music being played. I went during a vintage clothing pop up. The vendors were all super cool. They also had Random Animals performing which made for a great atmosphere. They had food vendors on-site as well. My only reason for 4/5 was no IPAs. But the triple they had was pretty good!
Nice brewery with a real small chill vibe. GPS takes you to the wrong location, you turn into the empty lot before through a chain link fence
