Service is absolutely atrocious. Unless you are a “regular” you can’t get the time of day. Bartenders stood at the service side, chatting with the servers and checking phones while customers waited. Watched as my food sat ready for service for 10 min.

This place had poor service. We are chicago transplants and we're excited to have old styles and Italian beef sandwiches but we did not order them. This place charges $15 for an Italian beef sandwich. In Chicago those same sandwiches are $8. They charge $10.29 for a Chicago style hot dog, with no sides. In Chicago, they're $2.50. This place is horribly overpriced. Even though I miss the food from home I won't pay those prices. It's price gouging. I suggest skipping this place.

Visiting Charleston from Illinois. Was excited to find a place to eat that would feel at home. This was not it. It would be great to grab some drinks but to eat: NO. We weren't even acknowledged when we sat down, I had to hunt down a server. Drinks didn't come out so I had to hunt down a different server who said "I'm clocked out but I'll get your drinks". The arcade games appealed to my kid but I'm not sure it's the place for a kid? I'm scared to receive the food...

One of the best Pubs in the world. The food is amazing, the beer is good and the best thing is the service. The bar woman cared so much about us and she was so sympathic. I would always come back to that nice place.

To the only bartender that showed up the day after St. Patrick’s day, you’re a champ. Good food, good vibes and cool staff ??

Guinness beef stew was delicious! Waitress was very nice, just didn't notice us for a while ;) but she brought our food out quickly. Fun atmosphere.. a little loud, lots of TV screens with different channels displayed to be entertained by. Good place to come in and grab a bite.

Cheap drinks and the arcade style is super fun. The food is classic bar food- I like the Buffalo chicken salad and the fried pickles the best! We had Shelby as our server and she was super helpful and quick with our drinks! Will definitely be back for a late night drink or a bite to eat.

Yeah sorry 1 star is a gift. Stopped in Saturday night. Third trip here, waited to review for a better experience. The good: great place for sports . Many screens to watch. Day bartenders are great. It ends there. When we walked in the day shift left and night bartenders took over...We waited 15 minutes for the bartender to look our way to flag down the guy for a drink. 10 minutes later we eanted to order a snack, we waited 10 minutes to get his attention again. Bartender seemed highly insulted we waved him down. Hold on, it gets worse... the cleaner cut bartender comes over to explain to the the people next to us he was upset about the peacock network who changed the second game. He was complaining he had to switch around the HDMI cables so he let everyone know "the f***ing station could suck his d**k" with many more F bombs in his building sentences...wow, just wow. 12 years in the food service industry and never heard something so rude right in front of the older women beside us. The one woman turned beat red. We're not talking about 12am where there are all young kids in the bar. This was 630p at night. Families were sitting around watching the game. Plain rude and obnoxious. We ordered the cheese stuffed pretzel...it was hollow. No cheese...see the picture. In conclusion, I will never step in this place at night again. I'll go back during the day when the girls tend bar and the service is way better. **Nothing to do with the review: For information only: they do not allow concealed carry so leave your firearm home or don't go **

Definitely a cool place to grab a beer especially if you’re looking for a Chicago classic Old Style. Food was good as well. Definitely a place to check out.
