Food was great and service was great! But please tell me why is the counter person also responsible for making the rolls? One person up front cannot manage the volume of traffic this restaurant recieves. At lunch there was a line out the door. At 7pm there are still people coming in and still only one person taking orders and also prepping food. And someone explain why the staff does not recieve the credit card tips? ! Everyone please tip in cash at this restaurant. This staff deserves it and more!!

Just a very poor experience! The price is outrageous and food quality was not worth it! The place was not clean and disheveled! It’s so many better places to eat

The place had 1 person working, to take your order and make your food. If I'm paying 25.00 for a sandwich, it make no sense for only 1 person to be working alone..

Tried the Connecticut lobster roll (which is warm) and it was perfect! Every bite was better than the last, until it ended. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Charleston.

We just kept eating delicious lobster sandwiches and couldn't stop. The business was out of lobster soup, but we were perfectly happy continuing to eat sandwiches.
