As always Mellow Mushroom didn’t disappoint. Every time I crave pizza I go there. Their pizzas are amazing! Service is great too, this time my server was Mac, he was very pleasant and attentive. The bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend it!

We stopped here for dinner after a school athletic game about 8pm. We waited 15 minutes for a server to take our order of pretzel bites and a pizza. Our pretzel bites were forgotten about…had to ask for them again. It was another 15 minutes to get them and then another 30 minutes for the pepperoni pizza! The place was dead so it wasn’t like they were busy!! Manager didn’t give two shakes nor did their corporate office when a complaint was submitted there!!! Needless to say, MM has lost our business anywhere!

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever order delivery from this Mellow Mushroom. You might have even had a bad experience already and you think it’s unlikely to be bad again. You would be wrong. You might be like me and have had 3 bad delivery experiences and think the 4th should be better. Don’t be like me. And MM gets either Door Dash or Uber Eats to run their orders, so when it gets messed up, neither takes responsibility. And if they can’t find another driver to bring you half your order, you might just have to pick it up yourself, which is really inconvenient of course, hence the reason you want delivery.

Kitchen needs to communicate better. Ordered soup but it took over fifteen minutes for the bartender to notice the kitchen removed the item without notifying her because it wasn't ready.

This is by far my favorite mellow mushroom in the state. Their new Cuban sandwich and pizza are absolutely killer. I love stopping in here for a quick bite or a relaxing meal with friends and family.
Extremely slow service and sub-par food. Tanger location is better.

Well, I've worked in & owned pizza restaurants & i have to say this was one of the worst display of gross negligence for the creation of a pizza & quality control ive seen.I Bought a medium chicken wing pizza & small greek salad to go.I was going to ask for the bl cheese on the side but the bartender said it was a swirl so i figured it would not be too much so said ho ahead and leave it on, However, when i got to my car & opened the pizza i found it covered with a grossly over exuberance of blue cheese dressing & not a good quality mild or sweet flavor blue cheese that could compliment a chicken wing pizza (but a strong sharp pungent bl cheese)So I scraped off about 1/4 cup with a teaspoon and used paper towels to remove more while still leaving too much in my professional oppinion. Also the hot sauce they use is just stamraight hot sauce not mixed with butter or a little sugar so it is quite hot in the mouth but not in a good way as i always have made my chicken wing pizza.The salad had two small pieces of feta and two large tomato slices not cut up so that was also disapointing.I will post photo of thier pizza 1st and for reference one of mine i make at home so you can see what a real pizza should off.
