MOSAIC Catering and Events - Charleston

Mosaic Catering was the only caterer we looked at. We knew who we wanted and they did not disappoint. The food was stellar--we had family style for 90 people with cocktail hour and family are still talking about the snacks! The food was high quality, which is the basics of what you want. The rest is what sets them apart: they will help select your decorations, rentals, recommend other vendors, be the bar OR let you have your own bar but supply th (top notch) bartenders and mixers. And lastly, we ate at our wedding! Yes we did! We had our own personal waiter who made sure we got all the apps and our own dinner plate so we enjoyed it all. This is your caterer if you want to experience your wedding and know your guests will leave well fed and happy.

MOSAIC Catering and Events went above and beyond for our wedding. From a fantastic tasting to the planning process, Michael made sure we had all the details in place. At the wedding, our guests couldn't believe how amazing the food was! Many of them said it was the best they had at a wedding. We couldn't believe the quality when they were cooking for 160 people! They even gave us an extra bag of all the food for the bride and groom to take and it was so delicious the day after our wedding to enjoy. The service was phenomenal. From helping setting up our linens to creating a beautiful dessert display from the cookies my aunts had brought. We were so impressed! Their service made the wedding flow seamlessly. They even came and gave our bridal party appetizers before our pictures so they wouldn't miss out on cocktail hour and offered drinks too. They brought the bride and groom our meal so we were able to eat before being pulled a million directions talking with relatives and we were so appreciative of this! They also took drink orders for the whole bridal party at our head table for dinner. Don't hesitate to book this company for your wedding!

After sampling a menu at Mosaic's we were certain we wanted Mosaic to cater our daughter's wedding. We selected several pass hors d’œuvres and they did not disappoint. For dinner we wanted to make sure no one left hungry and no one did. Our menu included Shrimp & Grits, Beef Medallions, and a Chicken dish plus several side dishes. People raved about the delicious food. We were concerned about running out of food - we need not have worried - there was an abundance of food. Best of all Sarah and her team were incredible to work with. Not only did the team serve great food but they were kind, professional and made sure the reception area and tables remained clean throughout the reception. I cannot recommend Mosaic more highly.

Mosaic was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, we were so impressed with them. Everyone at our wedding had nothing but great things to say about the staff and the food. They were all so professional and kind and made sure everyone was taken care of. Best food service I have EVER experienced at a wedding or an event. Would recommend over and over again.

Mosaic was our daughter's wedding caterer We can not say enough excellent things about Mosaic. Michael and his team were professional ,courteous and helpful .. The food delicious ...from appetizers to dinner to dessert ..we have no complaints only praise ...we are also so happy that we chose them for the breakfast brunch also ...once again extraordinary ....If you haven't had the Mosaic Grits .....you will be converted to a grit lover ...I was ....Michael R. Mosaic catered the reception for my mother's funeral in early November. Sarah managed the event and was fabulous. Expert planning, excellent food and flawless execution at the event. The team was not only professional, they were warm and caring. They exceeded my high expectations and I am happy to recommend them for Lowcountry events.

I used Mosaic for my company Christmas party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. They did a PHENOMENAL job with all aspects of these three events. They were very easy to work with and worked with me on my budget. I will use them again in the future for any catering needs! Can't sing their praises enough!

Mosaic Catering & Events - Charleston provided food service, bartending and related Staff for a private event for our 2016 Summerville Client. First, the food displays were OVER THE TOP amazing! Second, the food was just as delicious as it looked. Third, their Staff was helpful in pre-event set-up and post-event breakdown and clean-up. Highly recommend for private events and / or weddings!

Our office periodically has lunch catered by Mosaic and it is always so delicious! The chicken wild rice and broccoli casserole is always a huge hit, and the green beans are the best green beans I've ever tasted! They make the ordering process very easy, arrive on time and set it all up beautifully. I wish I had used them for my wedding!
