Food was fine as was the service but way overpriced for what you get. One egg is $4. The food was also bland and needed salt and pepper which they do not have on the tables.

Just took a closer look at my receipt. Simply because of the "no substitution" for a single pancake instead of 4 half slices of toast, cost went from $14.50 to $18...and asked for less meat (i.e. bacon, no sausage (that would have been an additional$3.50)).This MUST BE a common request, so why not just incorporate it into the menu? Meh- I'm just Just a simple (first-time) customer, making a gentle (perhaps not even new) suggestion.

Seemly disorganized due to a very very young and obviously inexperienced staff. No real leadership. Whomever owns this place should be spending time there....not leaving it to kids. The food was ok. Inconsistent and obvious short cuts. The breakfast quesadillas were obviously using pre packaged ingredients, sides were VERY expensive, and the pastries tasted bland and again, not homemade. No reason to really visit again .

I was greeted immediately twice when I came in. I think some restaurants don't realize how much this matters. The service was super fast. I was given water and they took my drink order super fast. The food came so fast it surprised me, both times I came in. The food was absolutely delicious and I couldn't recommend it more. Well exceeded my expectations both times. If I am back in Charleston, I will be back.

The food was okay, not great. The service was marginal. Most of the time I was constantly looking for my server for assistance. I also noticed the servers who were available were mostly talking to each other instead of checking on customers. They seemed bored. But, despite those disappointments, the restaurant itself was nice and comfortable. To match the ambiance this restaurant offers, there needs to be a new (or additional) chef and servers who understand the need to be more attentive to their customers.

Very ordinary food. Had a bad French toast, the fruit salad was not fresh, you could see it was from previous day. Potatoes not good. Not even the cappuccino was good. Sorry but I will not take my family back there. If you are going to serve basic breakfast, that has to be great! This place is not a 1 star!

We went with reservations on July 13th. Wanted to eat before concert across the street. We got there and there were no menus. They offered the small option Buffett inside. They never told us when we made reservations it would be Buffett only option. After choosing from the sub par choices. No seafood, beef or large entree options. Chicken fingers, rice, salad, pasta salad. We ate with out issue. Then they proceed to charge us $35 a plate!!!! OMG are you serious for that! Biggest rip off ever!!Worst place ever, never again. Only thing good about this place was the location. Would give it a zero if I could !

Wonderful staff, very accommodating on a busy holiday when we did not have a reservation. The iced coffee, avocado toast, and juevos rancheros were delicious and big portions!
