Visiting from Florida and randomly found this cool brewery. Beer tender Caleb was knowledgeable of the beer and very helpful in making our choice. We ended up with Munkles Saison and Silver Shoes Stout nitro. Checked out ... and then .... tasted Haust Bier and 3rd Floor Triple. ALL very good beers. Ended up getting some to-go beers...

Have lived in Charleston for 5 years now and have tried every brewery in the area. This is by far the best beer in Charleston. They produce creative but still traditional beer that always brings me back for more. The only downside is that they do not allow dogs. This is quite literally the only reason i visit other breweries. If you look across the street at Edmunds, there are dogs galore and I am sure that more folks would come to Munkle if they were to allow pups. But other...
