We ordered Peking duck and green beans and the food was absolutely wonderful! Our city lost all it good Chinese restaurants with covid, and we haven't had food like this in years. my husband is a Kung Fu master, and we have had some really good Chinese food with our travels. this place ranks up among the best. Service was exceptional, and the decor was light-hearted and energizing.

I never do these reviews: but i have to be honest. Hands down the best Chinese in Charleston. I just feel terrible that we didn’t k now they existed prior to their new location. We had no idea what we were walking into- but were greeted with the mostly friendliest hostess. She sat us at a family style table (the kind with a lazy Susan) and we still had no idea what awaited us. My kids were very hesitant- but truly we all left with stuffed bellies. This is the best and most authentic Chinese cuisine in the Charleston area. This review is from a former New Yorker who has eaten in China Town NYC on many occasions. While there are a number of excellent Asian fusion cuisine establishments in the area, if you want delicious and traditional Chinese food (not Americanized), that your friend’s Chinese grandmother might cook for you, this is the place.
