The pecan pie ice cream sandwich was amazing. Too big for one person, split it.

Beware. Do not order a delivery from Peace Pie. I ordered last week for delivery while I was in Charleston and 2 Ubereats drivers contacted me and said they went to the location and it was closed. I went by the meeting street location the next day and the worker said she could not help me that I needed to contact Uber. That is not true. Peace pie made the charge on my credit card. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them by phone and email. Therefore I had to file a dispute on my credit card. Do not order on their website for delivery. Do it at your own risk.

These ice cream sandwiches are not made fresh. They are frozen like a brick and took 15 mins to get soft before ypu could even try to take a bite. The ice cream was good but the cookie is so thin and cheap, not good tasting. For $8 go somewhere else and get fresh ice cream!

If u need a big ol'e ice cream sandwich after dinner, this is exactly what you get.
It's a chain, it's out of the freezer, not fresh BUT it's good stuff. No bells and whistles but does the job I'd say

They offer many varieties of ice cream cookies but several were unavailable. The shop looked dingy and in need of updating and cleaning.
The presentation of the product was poor. The ice cream sandwich came out of a packaged cardboard box and was frozen hard. Had to wait 15 minutes even though we were walking out in the heat.
The cookie sandwich also wasn’t good. The cookie didn’t taste good and the ice cream was subpar.

I had walked by Peace Pie multiple times a day during our stay in Charleston and the photos of their ice cream sandwiches looked so enticing especially because it’s been so hot outside. I decided on the blueberry crumble. I didn’t realize it was going to be a pre-made solid sandwich. The vanilla ice cream was good. The blueberry part was not very flavorful and didn’t really add to the pie flavor. I was also disappointed that the ice cream didn’t go all the way to the cookie part. And because it was so hot - the ice cream was dripping down the edges but the middle was still super solid and hard to eat. For $8 I wasn’t overly impressed but maybe another flavor would have been better.

I had the Pecan Pie and it was absolutely fantastic. Cookie was absolute perfection. I don’t know how they managed to make a shortbread that was buttery and flaky but could still hold up to the pressures of an ice cream sandwich without going soggy OR crumbling into oblivion, but they did! And the pecan pie filling was outstanding. Too much would make it too sloppy and too sweet. Perfectly balanced amount while tasting incredible. Wish I lived here but glad I don’t have regular access to these because that would spell trouble for my sweet tooth!

We were in here last night (Friday of July 4th weekend). The place was packed (it was about 8:30). There was only one woman working (she was wearing an awesome Star Wars shirt) and she was hustling. On top of getting everyone in the store their VERY DELICIOUS ice cream sandwiches, she was also handling takeout orders. Oh, and she was super polite and kind to everyone. To the owners: whatever you’re paying her, she deserves a raise.

Went out for late night ice cream. Limited options since most places were closed and our preferred place, Off Track was flooded with people. Decided to give this place a try. There were lots of options but a few were unavailable. Incorrect advertising inside making prices seem cheaper than they really were. A sign stated “2 for $5” but our total came out to $8/cookie ($16 total) which was the size of your palm. Cookies were all premade and hard as a rock when we got them. Taste was hard to enjoy because they were frozen solid. Ridiculously overpriced for size and quality. Spend your money elsewhere.

What a sweet, little place! The two ladies working there were lovely and sweet, singing as they worked and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. Our ice cream sandwiches were delicious, too! Loved the selection!!
