Worst experience ever! We ordered (and paid)5 slices of pizza. 4 came normal and the fifth was burnt/overcooked. I took it to the counter and politely asked the lady to give me another one and she started arguing with me. After 5 minutes she called me and asked me to pay for the replacement!!! I said(while shocked) I shouldn't be paying for replacing a pizza which you have burned then a man who apeared to be the boss showed up and when I explained the situation he tald me vey rudly, "are you for real"?!!!!!? I have never had such bad experience even in cheap old fastfood chains!

Pizza was halfway decent, not bad in a pinch or for takeout but not the best. It was a bit undercooked. The lady at the register was very nice and professional but the two ladies making the pizza in the back weren’t friendly or anywhere near professional. I’ve never seen anyone wearing a crop top making a pizza at a restaurant so not dressed appropriately. One of the cooks gave us a nasty look when she brought the pizza out. We thanked her and she said nothing and just gave us a weird look. I’ll add they were playing interesting music for a pizzeria. I also don’t think it’s the best idea to bring your toddler to work. 2/5

To be fair to Northeasterners looking for the taste of home, this pizza was not an authentic NY/NJ slice. I consider it more of a Cuban/Puerto Rican/South Florida pizza slice (those of you who've been between NY/NJ and Florida know exactly what I'm talking about). Nevertheless, it's not horrible..but not authentic by any means.

Pizza crust is paper thin but slices are very large. Dont expect a lot of flavor in the pizza, so this maybe a good place to bring the kids if you don't mind paying $7/slice.

Ordered two slices of pizza. Slices was picked up by the wrong person. The wrong person picked up the slices of pizza and gave it back to the counter person. Counter person put a sticker on the box then called me for my order. I looked at her and said didn’t the other pick up the pizza. She proceeded to say it was my order and went to take someone else’s order. A bad way to run a business as well as not follow standard food and safety policies.

The review is strictly for Bri. She went above and beyond to help me recieve some important information, while a guy, I assume the manager was in the background fussing and being really nasty about her being on the phone too long. Well sir, she was helping a previous CUSTOMER. It amazes me how rude Managers are to their employees. And the fact that he didn't care that he was talking loud enough that I could hear him speaks volumes.
If I could give multiple reviews I'd give 1 star based on this behavior.
You don't ever have to worry about me coming back to this establishment. Besides the pizza is OK, nothing to brag about!
Thank Bri continue to be a sweet, nice young lady❤️

As a guy who has traveled extensively I have to say this place reminds me of the closest thing to a true new York slice I have found reminds me of the hustle and bustle of the city and yet the quaint nature of Charleston.Would definitely come back again and would even make a trip down just for a slice of this heaven

Restaurant, if you call it that, is totally shabby, dirty and in need of a total renovation from the decor, the food and the service. Pizza was tasteless and had a soggy thin crust. Attendant was a space cadet. Go somewhere else! Oh and by the way, a slice costs $7.00!!!!

As a native New Yorker I can say this is hands down the best pizza I've had since I left. This place is absolutely incredible. Great pricing and absolutely amazing pizza. Best food I had while visiting Charleston.
