Always talking while I try to order and then singles me out when I take the drink they set in front of me where I’m paying, because apparently it wasn’t mine. (I had already placed a straw in and walked away) Couldn’t even ask if it was mine because I’d be interrupting their conversations, but assumed it was since it was placed where I was actively paying and not at the serving counter. Very unwelcoming

I go to this place like 2-3 times or more a week. Che, one of the baristas (I think that's the right term...lol) is a jack of all trades, she is very well equipped to make everything on the menu and almost any other thing you ask. She is pleasant and willing to make customers exactly what they want. PJs is definitely on top of my list!

First time going to try the Ice Tea at this location and the service was very horrible!! The cashier didn't have any customer service skills, wasn't friendly and just left a very bad first impression! The cashier was also making/serving the drinks while another employee was stocking the snack and fruits. When it was my time to be served the cashier just looked at me with her big eyes, until I spoke and ordered! I continued to stand in the line and was directed by the cashier to stand to the side. When I tasted my drink it had no sugar so I asked her for some sweetener. I was then told its a charge for it but she would give it to me for free this time! The cashier's attitude and demeanor made me have second thoughts about going back and makes me see why Starbucks line is so long at MUSC!!

Staff are inhospitable and extremely rude. As a student their coffee is conveniently located in the library, but its worth going elsewhere for better customer service. Staff are cold, unwelcoming and continuously ignore your presence while texting behind the counter. The coffee isn't worth it.

Hard to believe but this coffee may be more expensive than the other place that everyone thinks is expensive. I ordered a small caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso. It was good. The woman working there was nice.
