Great food and service!!!
The place screams ‘seen better days’. It’s dated in its appearance and has zero charm compared to other similar eateries in Charleston. One suspects the owners are saddled with a mediocre business that they won’t invest in. Our intention was to have breakfast but we called for the Cheque after our first coffee. We will never return when the are so many more far more interesting and sophisticated places to eat. One star ⭐️
Service at the bar was quick and friendly. We waited over 30 mins for a table, even though there were ample empty tables open. After we ordered, it took another 30 mins for our food to come. I was supposed to get a fried green tomato with my meal, which never came. While my dish tasted fine, the eggs and biscuit had definitely sat under the heat lamp for a while.
