Have the beet salad and uptick with grilled chicken. Get extra vinaigrette on the side and use the green goddess dressing sparingly. I am not kidding. Best salad I have ever had in my entire life. (The dressing stuff is just because I'm a dressing snob.)
I would travel back to Charleston just for this salad. It's that good.

I have visited this establishment now 3 times. Latest being 09-22-2024 around 1600 where I brought a guest. First off, the food on all occasions is out of this world delicious. I have and enjoyed a couple different Cab burgers, blue cheese burger, sweet potato and regular fries, fried pickles and mushroom. ALL AMAZING!!!

HOWEVER!!! Based on my latest visit, the "acting" manager on duty (his words) could use a SERIOUS Jon Taffer intervention and learn...

When looking for a good happy hour which is close, plenty of parking and definitely, great food, come check out Rutledge Cab. Easy to find and with happy hour, great food and drinks- you will be there to stay for awhile! Great attentive service with the best shrimp, you'll also love the specialty hamburger with of course, onion rings!
