We could not say enough amazing things about Salthouse Catering and Mark Sahara. They catered our wedding on November 22, 2025 at the Island House, and from the very beginning, Mark was nothing but communicative, thorough, and incredibly supportive. He was always prompt, walked us through every option imaginable, and truly made us feel confident in our choices once we finalized our menu.

Salthouse catered our wedding and everyone was blown away by the service and food! Since receiving our initial inquiry, Mark was amazing at communicating and keeping us updated throughout the process of selecting our menu to the food tasting and finally, our wedding day.
