To be honest this is one of the best locations that I've been to in Charleston but I mainly visit this location just to see my two favorite employees and that is Sarah and Kaylee because they're the backbones of getting things done!! They truly deserve a pay raise for doing such a marvelous job and last but not least they're very great with the customers!!

I just went to the sonic on folly rd ordered our dinner and went hone to eat. There were onions on my burger and im allergic so easy mistake. I went back up there the manager met me outside asked what was wrong I explained the situation and he immediately took the food went inside and 3 minutes later I had a magazine picture perfect burger and upsized for the inconvenience. 5 stars all day. Absolutely professional He handled it like it should be and with a smile. Good job sir. I will be back.

i always use to eat here this is my last time fries were crumbs extreamly crunchy dark i know what left overs are like after working in restaurant i know that is old crumbs that are stuck in pan or in frier and the milk shake was so so light i was like whats going on then i took a bit notice it was hardly eny milk shake mostly whip cream i ask for a refound and thats the last time ill visit sonics there fries are bad enyways but it gets me upset that they did me wrong like that i use to work at a restaurant and never did that to eny one
