The fries were soggy and a little over salted midway through. The hot dog looked a little dark. The burger was a regular double cheeseburger with mayonnaise and pickles. The whole meal was lukewarm, but I didn't bother reheating anything because I didn't want to loose any of the flavor that was there. I didn't know lukewarm food could retain so much of it's original flavor but this meal did despite being delivered.

We are here on vacation and it is the second time we have come and just gotten drinks through the app. We had the same lady delivering both times.The first time we noticed she was going car to car trying to deliver the drinks, but no one touched the drinks.The second time I watched her go to three vehicles before ours and then she gave it to a man who took it in his vehicle and then she took it back from him. She came and gave it to us and said that he didn’t touch it but I literally watched him touch it. I dumped the drink out because to me that is so gross. She should have just remade the drink. She wandering around both times so much it was hard to understand what was going on but I have never had an issue like that before in the app. They know your name and stall number.I was so disappointed with the experience.

Sonic on Folly is providing such wonderful service these days. Last night, the person taking my order was so kind and was very service-oriented. She wanted to get for me exactly what I’d like and was extremely good at how she operated. The server was very pleasant and quick. The food was delicious. Napkins were included, thank goodness. So many fast food places forget that and it drives me crazy! Sonic, you’re doing an excellent job!

It's great the food is great the service well inspire you to come back Their mike shake's have that old time taste that's out of this world ? Can't wait to go back the waitress gives you a time limit and if you're order isn't ready they well let you know what the problem is treat you like your a costumer and that you matter. That always makes you feel like coming back And if it's a little to long the manager well tell you it's on the. Sonic .Hell yeah But that doesn't happen very much their on point.

I come to this store often enough and there’s never an issue. This last week when I had my first, the owner of the store personally reached out, and took care of me with fantastic customer service. Good Classic Sonic food, and great ownership… I do recommend this Sonic!

Tried to order at one of the stations and they couldn’t hear us. Moved closer to the microphone like they asked and they still couldn’t hear us. Received no communication back about how they were going to accommodate given the problem with their microphone or whatever other problem they had. Had to go through the drive-through instead and they had additional problems correctly taking our order and expressed a poor attitude when doing so.

Food is always fine for a sonic. If you go to a sonic you have to expect fast food. At best it's nostalgic. The ambiance is alright. I wish they had more patio seating. Service is pretty extremely slow but good. 30-45 min for any order whether it's two meals or just a soda. The servers themselves are kind and friendly. Unfortunately I've seen multiple times multiple ladies who were dissatisfied with their order or the service and treat the servers in a disrespectful way. You can't expect a lot from this sonic but that shouldn't justify disrespect.
