I was really disappointed with my visit to Starbucks yesterday. My drink was poorly made and was leaking outside of the cup, with caramel dripping down the sides, which made it messy and difficult to handle. I asked for my drink to be extra blended and it was very watery down. On top of that, I ordered a vanilla bean scone and unfortunately found a hair in it, which was very upsetting and disgusting.
I understand that the store was short-staffed that day, and I truly try to be patient and understanding in those situations. However, the quality and cleanliness of my order were unacceptable. I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail and food safety in the future.

Came on yesterday and the person working drive thru got on the speaker and said “Starbucks”. I’m use to a better greeting. Ordered an item that the location did not have and the person reply “ we don’t have that pecan stuff, huh did you hear me we don’t have it what else.” If I had the option to drive out of the line I would. Her name is Chantelle I believe. She has a lot of piercing in her ears. Her customer service is horrible. I won’t return to that location.

Monday morning…
I discretely told them there was a tiny fly in their bakery goods case. It was landing on 1 or 2 items (that I seen). The young lady immediately went to tell someone. Got my coffee, left the store, went to my car and waited about 10-15 mins to see what they would do. Went back in and every item was removed from the case and the case appeared to be even more clean.
(They did this in the thick of being busy).
Great Job! Kudos for taking food safety seriously. You have earned my business.

They remodeled and no longer offer comfortable chairs. DO NOT take your dog inside. They will kick you out. Not friendly anymore.

This is the slowest Starbucks in the entire USA. I waited over 30 minutes just to get two caramel cappuccinos, and the store wasn’t even busy. The barista was more interested in playing on his phone than helping customers, and when I asked about my order, he didn’t even bother to apologize.
When I finally got my drinks, they tasted awful — nothing like Starbucks should. The baristas clearly aren’t trained, the coffee is terrible, and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. They yell, scream, and even use the F-word in front of customers.
Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone waste their time or money here.
