It's a flip of the coin if you get your order correct here. Most the time it's not adding the syrups or sweeteners - which wouldnt be a problem if they didnt charge for it.

Or maybe theyll give you regular unsweetened latte when you order a Caram Macchiato

Horrible lines!!! Cashier has to talk to every person for 5-10 mins as if we are in the drive-thru for a social visit. Usually people don’t get out of their cars cause they have places to be. This is the WORST LOCATION IV EVER BEEN TO! Save yourself the 45 minute wait.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. I went here with two others and we each ordered a drink and breakfast food. Breakfast food came in a timely manner, however, we waited over 25 minutes for our drinks. It was ridiculous. We were inside and the store was complete chaos with people waiting for drinks. I understand being busy but then they need to turn off mobile ordering!! It isn’t fair to the customers that come in and Starbucks is so greedy they are accepting orders over their own capacity. I feel bad for the employees being forced to pump out all these drinks they can’t even handle it.

Even inside, before they take another order they should warn the customer how long they are about to wait. It’s irresponsible to take orders when you can’t handle the volume. I told a customer standing in line how long it’s been since we ordered and they left, I would have done it for more too if I was by the line longer.

I live right by this Starbucks and have been going here for years. The long lines, parking lot and drive through configuration sets the stage for the entire sub par experience at this Starbucks. This is not my main issue with this Starbucks, my issue is that it consistently gives dairy drinks that are supposed to non-dairy. I prefer oat milk, but do not have an allergy so it wasn’t as big of a deal when they did aside from that you PAY more for nondairy milks at Starbucks and you should get what you pay for. More recently, I have been nursing a baby who has a dairy allergy and I double check now and often they “have to remake it” because they made it with dairy…. How many customers are they doing this to who don’t double check their order? The up charge for non dairy options at Starbucks is pretty high, so if they did this often enough, they are really taking advantage. We are almost in 2025… non dairy milks are mainstream at this point. It’s not that hard to serve a nondairy coffee. I won’t be going back to Starbucks. Local coffee shops are where it’s at.

Just went through the drive-through I ordered a grande chai iced tea with no ice and they filled it up halfway and over it. I asked him if they were playing a joke on me and they look confused. Why would you fill up my drink halfway?

I just moved here two weeks ago from New York.

I have been working 12 to 13 hour shifts and barely have time to get coffee at home even.

I decided to wake up extra early at 5 AM so I can make it to Starbucks by 6 AM.

Tricia - The barista that helped me out was like a shot of espresso for me.

Her passion and joy for customer service, her positivity energy radiating through the drive through speaker her kindness and laughter made me put my miserable smile dreading to be up for work to an instant smile. Excited to slay the day.

I have been to many many Starbucks before, and let me tell you, my Starbucks, pumpkin ice latte was literally made perfect! It literally looks like the ones that you see in the commercials.

But most of all, I just want to say she is a total inspiration. I again don’t like waking up in the morning and having to do a 12 hour shift but if I’m there at 6am that means Tricia is there at 5 am which probably means she leaves for work at 4 am and she probably wakes up at 3 am, And somehow keeps a smile on her face.

I really hope that not just Starbucks, but everybody in the world finds employees like Tricia, and does everything they can to keep them I really hope that she’s compensated well.

I did notice some other employees that looked very professional, and had smiles on their faces as well.

This is a 10 out of 10 Starbucks and I’m really happy to be here in West Ashley to support the business.

I order the same drink evertime I go to a Starbucks which is a Venti CRC with extra crunch.... This location is awful at following simple directions. The drink was horrible. Not sweet at all, no caramel, no crunch like I asked. What I did have was a lot of small ice chunks. Words can't express how sick Iam of dealing with incompetent service workers that could care less about their service to others. I absolutely will not be back to this location EVER.

There was a very long line in the drive through. I ordered a hot beverage and then drove off. It was cool, room temperature. I would try your beverage before leaving. The cashier was quick and pumping out orders.

I didn’t get a receipt so I can’t leave an order number. Wasn’t even asked if I wasted a receipt. We ordered four drinks. We had them remake the summer refresher. It still didn’t taste right but was tolerable. Got a mile down the road and tasted the two Carmel frappes. They were so awful we turned around . They remade them and they were just tolerable. The customer service was awful. Please make sure your baristas are proficient in making drinks before allowing them to making drinks. Nothing worse than paying almost $30 for 4 drinks, which three were barely tolerable after being remade.

I have been going to this location for some time and pretty consistently have issues. Today I placed a mobile order as I was in a rush and didn’t want to wait in their chaotic drive thru line. After placing my order, the app says it’ll be 25 minutes before it’s ready. I go in person and ask if I can cancel and they tell me they can’t do anything. As I waited, I watched cars in the drive thru that arrived after I did drive off with their orders before they even started preparing mine. Overall it’s a flawed system and not well run.
