Great service! Love the coffee! However the constant, loud Hispanic music doesn’t fit the vibe.
We were asked to sit all the way through the drive thru WITHOUT receiving our drinks at the window because 3 drinks is too many for mobile order in the drive thru????
We then had to park and go inside and ask for our drinks which were sitting at the drive thru window.
Never had this issue at other locations which is why I think this is worth mentioning. I wasted so much time and was so embarrassed.
Update: I understand this is probably a corporate decision and not this actual location‘s fault. But I was still disappointed.

I went to this particular one for the third time, my usual had an electrical problem and was closed temporarily. I ordered a caramel frappe 🤮. Awwwful. I believe it was because I didn't give a big enough tip. I usually do but this particular day I didn't have it to spare. I then called back and the customer service was very unprofessional and rude. He told me he would speak to his home girl at the drive thru and I come back to either get another made or a refund then he said both. I told him I don't want a refund because if I wanted the money I would have not went there in the first place and I certainly won't be coming back because I could trust them with my stomach. Certainly since I had to call them to notify. So I am sad to say I should have followed my first mind when my usual was closed so this was the worst experience for me from Starbucks/ Folly Rd.

This Starbucks looks very much like every other store, but I am completely convinced that there really is something extra special happening at this location.
The customer service found here can only be adequately measured with a minimum of 15 stars (true story!) and it runs like a well oiled machine every time I have ever stopped by.

My usual spot each morning. Half the time the employees are great. Other half is rude. No thank you, have a good day or anything. Just a “here you go” and close the door.

I’ve been disappointed with this location multiple times and I will not be back. I order the same drink every time I visit - brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Every time it tastes different. I’ve only received a few that taste spot on yet I keep giving this location my money and second chances. Not anymore. I don’t work there but pretty sure that consistency is the goal and this place drops the ball over and over. Today I ordered a venti, received a grande, told them the mistake and included extra money to cover the difference (which I know just goes to tips but wanted to make it feel right on my end) and I’m pretty sure they just dumped it into a venti cup and added ice and extra oat milk. What a joke. Tasted too sweet and I threw it out. So didn’t get a coffee and wasted 10 dollars.

The workers here are rude and incompetent. Especially the pregnant lady. If you hate your job so much why work here? I asked for an extra scoop of pearls in the summer berry so it should have been 4 total in the venti. The girl said it would be $1.25 extra and i said yes thats fine. I get this drink all the time so i know what it should look like.
We get to the window and she gives us the drink and i can immediately tell the drink is wrong. The sticker only said 1 scoop of pearls so i tell her this doesnt look like 4 scoops because theres literally no way. She rolls her eyes and walks away and comes back with an attitude saying “she said she put 5 scoops”. Like i get this almost everyday theres no way. She was like “you see we have a line” and i dont understand what that has to do with them making my drink wrong?? Anyways dont come here if you’re looking to be treated with respect because these workers are probably the worst most disrespectful employees ive ever seen at a Starbucks.

Even though they were extremely busy, the staff took the time to greet us and was patient while we decided what to order. We discovered the FROZEN strawberry
açai lemonade, and OMG!! Helena was particularly friendly and helpful. She has the magic touch as these were the best drinks ever!
