I’ve been disappointed with this location multiple times and I will not be back. I order the same drink every time I visit - brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Every time it tastes different. I’ve only received a few that taste spot on yet I keep giving this location my money and second chances. Not anymore. I don’t work there but pretty sure that consistency is the goal and this place drops the ball over and over. Today I ordered a venti, received a grande, told them the mistake and included extra money to cover the difference (which I know just goes to tips but wanted to make it feel right on my end) and I’m pretty sure they just dumped it into a venti cup and added ice and extra oat milk. What a joke. Tasted too sweet and I threw it out. So didn’t get a coffee and wasted 10 dollars.

The workers here are rude and incompetent. Especially the pregnant lady. If you hate your job so much why work here? I asked for an extra scoop of pearls in the summer berry so it should have been 4 total in the venti. The girl said it would be $1.25 extra and i said yes thats fine. I get this drink all the time so i know what it should look like.
We get to the window and she gives us the drink and i can immediately tell the drink is wrong. The sticker only said 1 scoop of pearls so i tell her this doesnt look like 4 scoops because theres literally no way. She rolls her eyes and walks away and comes back with an attitude saying “she said she put 5 scoops”. Like i get this almost everyday theres no way. She was like “you see we have a line” and i dont understand what that has to do with them making my drink wrong?? Anyways dont come here if you’re looking to be treated with respect because these workers are probably the worst most disrespectful employees ive ever seen at a Starbucks.

Even though they were extremely busy, the staff took the time to greet us and was patient while we decided what to order. We discovered the FROZEN strawberry
açai lemonade, and OMG!! Helena was particularly friendly and helpful. She has the magic touch as these were the best drinks ever!

By far the WORST Starbucks I have been too. On multiple occasions I have been disappointed with this location but today was the icing on the cake. Placed a mobile order 15 min prior to arriving - order not ready when I arrived. Okay. I stood there for a few minutes. Couple next to me states they have been waiting for a while as well for a simple drink. 1 female worker looks at us and goes “they’re going to have to wait” lol okay. I eventually ask for my drink as I had to go to work. Ordered a grande latte and my cup was half full. I understand being busy (then again not really because it was 6:30 pm) but professionalism goes a long way. Needless to say , I will not be back to this location.

Too many people wonderful coffee shops in CHS to give this location my business 😊

Whoever’s doing the orders here is consistently getting orders wrong. We just pulled up and someone was complaining their order was wrong and when we got ours, the drink was wrong. The lady speaks extremely low. We’ve had this happen in the past as well with the same woman.

A few weeks ago I asked the staff to remake my drink because it was completely incorrect..(wrong size, heavy ice, and the strawberry pieces were in it when i asked for them out) and they must’ve memorized my name because everytime i’ve come since my order is some how messed up. This is extremely unprofessional and immature.. i work in food and bev and I understand it can be annoying but it’s even more annoying not getting what I paid for… the photo I attached to this shows how much I got in my pink drink. I hadn’t even take a sip yet.. I wasn’t able to go in today because i’m on the way to work but cmon. That’s ridiculous.

It can be really hit or miss here. The food is pretty good, the coffee is pretty mediocre, and the rewards have decreased while prices have gone up and you need more rewards to trade in for things. Drinks are often incorrect and overcharged, especially if you want anything lower in sugar. There's only one sugar Free syrup anymore and you usually get charged a fortune to have that in anything. But, the service is usually pretty good and they are willing to work with you to help get to whatever you need, which really makes up for that kind of stuff.

Parking: Usually impossible to park. There's a small lot but it's usually blocked by a line that blocks both streets, creating all kinds of issues. Park across the street and walk over.
