Ordered food on the app, said it would be ready about 7:50. Got to the restaurant and they had already closed. It looked like they had been closed for a while. The sign and app said they closed at 10 p.m. . Apparently other people have had the same issue with this particular subway after reading reviews. They need to either shut down, or get their act together.

The sandwich is fine as always, but this new Indian lady is very rude and constantly rushes my orders and doesn't listen to my requests. She got upset at me multiple times as I tried to tell her how I wanted my sandwich done. Sorry, just assumed it was your job. Terrible service

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff seemed incompetent and I faced long wait times. The system was not functioning properly, and there was no option for payment. I would not recommend visiting this place.

Very disgusting especially when you order uber eats everyone here has to be blind they make you pay for two sandwiches and only send one or send your sandwiches they way they want please get competent workers seems like stevie wonder and ray charles are making these disgusting non edible sandwiches and don’t bother ordering sides they won’t send those either

When you order on the app it uses doordash but they don't send you tracking or contact information. That is the apps fault, however it says to contact the restaurant directly but they always have a busy signal it doesn't ring through to anyone. I paid almost $20 for a 6 inch and a coke that was never delivered and have no way to dispute it and get my money back.

09.26.2024 Me and my husband got very bad food poisoning after eating at this Subway. It’s horrible! We are visiting Charleston and we ate at many places here and everything was always fine. I’ve noticed when we were ordering that green salad was brownish/yellow so we decided not to put it in our sandwiches. But as appeared other foods were spoiled too! Also the man who was making our sandwiches touched oven and other stuff with the same gloves he was putting food inside sandwiches. It’s disgusting! I recommend to avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to get poisoned. No wonder why the rating of this place is so low.
