by far the best omakase experience i’ve ever had! every aspect of it from the food to the atmosphere & to the team is top tier & so intentional. highly recommend any of the drink pairings! i’ve been to the one in Nashville, TN too & can confirm Sushi Bar restaurants are consistently incredible across the board. worth every penny. can’t wait to go back to any & all of them!!
Stumbled upon this place online trying to find a sushi meal for the night while traveling. This is a top notch experience from beginning to end. They create a small elegant atmosphere. You wait about 10-15 minutes in a foyer/lounge area with a complimentary alcoholic beverage. Shortly after you enter the dining space where the chef begins preparing the pieces. Every bite is amazing, intentional, and beautifully presented with top of the line ingredients. The chefs are incredible, detail-oriented, and rotate presenting each course, explaining them and keeping it interactive and fun. Standout courses include a bright lemon bite, an indulgent truffle bite, the Wagyu, and the temaki toro tartare. The house cucumbers served as a palate cleanser are also noted.
The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides five-star hospitality. A sommelier guides guests through spectacular wine pairings, a Japanese whiskey experience, or sake options.
