Subs are always just thrown together and when I place an online order they always forget and ingredient everytime! I wont be back to this location

Horrible subs. Two of the three subs had veges, meat, and condiments outside the bread making it a sloppy mess to eat. The third one, teriyaki blitz, had no onions or peppers in it. Literally a meat and cheese sub. If you don’t know how how to make one of the signature sandwiches, look at the picture on the wall or ask someone. Take some pride in working there and ensuring your customers are happy.

Things are always wrong with the subs and they lie and say they're going to refund money from where a coupon didn't work but then said he wasn't going to do that and I needed to take it up with my bank. I even asked for a complete refund bc I didn't even want the subs at that point. Refused to give me a refund as well.

By far the worst subway, my first mobile order only came with bread, meat and cheese ( requested all condiments, veggies to go with the sub) I let it slide thinking it’s lunch time, rush hour. Second mobile order requested the same thing condiments veggies all shabang. This time I get my sub and is missing half the condiments!

We know Subways have gone downhill, but my most recent experience at this Daniel Island location was the last straw. They have gotten gradually worse every time I go, but they are near my doctor and fastish so it was worth it until now.After watching my food get microwaved instead of toasted (ok, whatever), having to repeatedly stop the "artist" from putting pork on (let's just finish and get out of here), pulling long dirty hair out of our mouths (GROSS! No!), and later seeing we were double charged for pork ANYWAY (you've got to be kidding), I am officially done with this place.Also, customer service/refunds is completely impossible to get a hold of.

They charged me more then their posted prices...they claimed the cash register had different, higher prices, then thd signage on the wall.
Terribly slow service. Guy had absolutely no sense of urgency at all. I had to repeat what I wanted several times even though he was putting it on one thing at a time. I mean, literally putting each black olive on one at a time, and also forgot items I said literally a second before. I worked at Subway for six years. It's not a difficult job.
Very professional but I remember why I don't eat Subway it just tastes so processed but the staff was very pleasant
