I had pancakes with Blueberries and pecans. Another friend had a barbeque plate and another had catfish nuggets with sides. This is a very quiet, homestyle place. During lunch this place is always full of people. The waitress is nonstop and takes care of her customers very well.
It’s not much to look at but the food is really good. I would not order the fries again because they were plain and cold but everything else was good enough to more than make up for them. This is definitely a locals place and I’m just sorry it took so long to find it but unfortunately for me it’s almost an hour away from where I live. This is the best-kept secret in West Ashley. The crab patty and hamburger sandwich was INCREDIBLE and the onion rings are to die for. I wish I lived closer because I would eat there at least once a week. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.
